"☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆10/10I think it's very important to take a moment and express the surprising amazing way that I was treated at this place. Every time you go into a healthcare situation or any kind of situation for low income people, you expect to be jumping through all those Hoops dealing with the bureaucratic red tape. That comes along with it, and this place was none of that they treated me with the utmost dignity. Respect empathy. I have ever received an healthcare facility from their frienddesk to their staff. Behind closed yours to their pharmacy, outstanding. Treatment and truly are there to help people? Thank you so much as I was sent to this place through my medical and all my past experience of just been horrible to the point of traumatic at times. This was truly the opposite anybody that has had drama in the past. Dealing with hospitals or healthcare facilities. Give this one to chance the people. Here are fantastic and truly non-judgmental. And just there to help you and make things as easy as possible. Thank you so much to everybody at this place. You really changed my whole desire to know my own health literacy and get myself together medically, which can be scary and is so easy to put off. Especially when nobody wants to help you. Thanks again, i now look forward to The future this place really feels like it's given me another chance to be healthy getting to Know my body and what's going on with my health is a gift."

"Dr. Wilson is one of the worst medical professionals I have encountered in my life. I am an older person to boot. IMO: she was incompetent, un-organized, and emotionally unstable. She didn't respond to my messages in a timely manner or with feedback and I was subsequently diagnosed with very serious illnesses by another doctor(s). I wasn't going to write a scathing review today, except this incompetent doctor or staff is contacting me about my yearly physical. I told Dr. Wilson I was changing providers six months ago. "Maybe she didn't believe me." This sums up my experience with Dr. Lisha Wilson. Maybe she didn't believe I was in severe pain even though I left her a few messages complaining about pain. I've saved the correspondence. I'll never forget my experience with Dr. Wilson. The 2 stars are for everybody else who deserves a good review."

"Good hospitals beside the call. Mostly turn over to the voicemail, never returned and unwelcomed voice, which made frustrated to schedule. (Update)After a year, they get a call well with welcoming voice. I am satisfied now."

"The employees are nice but never on time. Every time I come here I end up waiting 20-40 minutes extra for my appointment. Some of the staff seem to not be as knowledgeable as you might expect. My first visit was off-putting. I had another patient open my door while I was being seen. Then when I had my lab work done and the phlebotomist wasn't wearing scrubs at all. He was wearing street clothes. That left me feeling uneasy. I will say that my PCP is super sweet and listens to my needs, which is why I continue to come here! The rest of the people that work here need to get on her level!"

"My past primary care didn’t listen much to me, and I was afraid to switch over to another clinic, but my experiences with Dr. Wilson made it all worth it. She is kind, listens, and connects with her patients on a personal level. It feels great to finally be listened to and get solutions/recommendations for my various conditions. They are also great at calling back and replying to patient’s needs, which I struggled with at my last clinic. I definitely recommend this place."
