"we just returned from a biking tour of Greece and relied on All Business Class for our reservations. We have worked with Andre, one of their agents, for several years in obtaining reservations for flights to Italy, Spain, Germany, the UK and now Greece. We have never experienced a problem, if fact, on one occasion, Andre was able to make a flight change for us shortly after our booking and got the additional charges waived. The prices charged for the tickets are extremely competitive and always with mainstream airlines. He was able to get us a deal on Delta One seats from Jacksonville, Florida to JFK New York to Milan Italy and then a fabulous return flight again Delta One from Rome to Atlanta to Jacksonville, Florida. Of course with the Delta One he ensured access to the Delta Sky Club Lounges in Jacksonville, New York and Atlanta as well as the spectacular new Alitalia lounge in Rome! We had great flights all the way through and Arthur even called me today to check on our safe arrival and details of our trip!
