"BAD TUESDAY!!! The receptionist is so abrasive and unprofessional I had to write this review so that other members don’t have to face this kind of treatment. The woman was openly hostile and irritated with a couple of Chinese members before me. She had some difficulty looking up their appointments so she spoke very loud with a harsh tone. “Dr Chan/g doesn’t work on Tuesday” at least 3 times. I thought “oh oh I better not wasting her time and be yelled at.” So when she asked me to just show her the Kaiser card I eagerly show it to her. But then she scolded me “Don’t show your card to my face!” Taken aback I refused to be talked down. Those of us who shop at Costco always just show our card to the staff. We did this naturally. But today the mere fact of extending our arm to show our card to a Kaiser receptionist become a cause for being yelled at. I find this an unprofessional and hostile attitude unacceptable. The woman must be too unhappy doing her job to do it properly. We members should be treated professionally and with respect. Without feedback no system can improve. I hope Kaiser won’t discard my comments and improve their training of reception staff so we members won’t have to suffer this kind of treatment."

"Small convenient location. Easy parking. Unfortunately pharmacy is closed from 12:45 to 1:45 PM and that is not posted on Google maps. I called and the person I spoke to at 12 PM, which told I was going around 12:20/12:30, did not have the courtesy to inform me that the pharmacy would be closing soon."

"It is small office. It is easy for you to get your prescription fill. The pharmacy is not busy."
