"The doctor was fine, spent 15 minutes with me and said I should get a referral to see a specialist. But the front desk/management team is an absolute disaster. Wouldn't help me find a specialist in my network, so I went home and looked online in my health insurance portal. Then, when I tried to call Parkside to tell them, it was impossible to get a hold of them. Voicemail box full and rejecting my calls. Finally, after calling dozens of times, I got through. They said they would fax the referral to the specialist and contact me when it had gone through. Said they couldn't email--had to be fax. They never followed up with me. Luckily the issue went away but otherwise I would have had to go back to the office in person in order to get it all sorted out. Now, I have another issue and want to make an appointment but the voicemail box is full and they won't answer. This place should be shut down."

"The 5 star is for both Dr Bellamy. I have been a patient for years and love both their friendly and approachable demeanor. It is a bit difficult to reach the office by phone. Best way is thru email and the app which is even responded to at night."

"Finding a primary care physician is difficult is this City. I must have called 10 places and when I finally got a yes from this clinic, I was relieved. But unfortunately, after two years as a patient here (thankfully, with nothing more than regular annual physicals), I'm leaving. I have to. My annual physicals have been underwhelming and pretty superficial. The staff keep getting my name wrong, the place is a bit chaotic and disorganized. I've sat there as other patients have come in looking for missing test results and records. Final straw has been the payment system. I received the invoice- fine. But the only option is to call a number on the invoice to make a payment. Some third party. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I then called the clinic itself, had to give all my CC details over the phone (which isn't the greatest idea these days) and the whole thing took another 10 mins out of my day. What's wrong with an online payment portal? I hate to say this, but I don't want to rely on these people in an emergency. Trust has not been built in any way shape or form."

"This clinic is wonderful. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor, Dr. Lewandowski, is willing to really listen to you and work with you to best support your needs. She has helped me through two of my pregnancies, offering great care and filling out necessary paperwork postpartum, especially when experiencing postpartum anxiety. I highly recommend."
