"The receptionist's response is too harsh. Arrogant attitude, rude words, lack of tact, lack of delicacy. There aren't many places where I can speak Japanese, so I'm patient and go here, but if that wasn't the case, I would never go there. Also, I don't know if one of the female doctors is a veteran or not, but she makes sarcastic comments that don't consider the patient's point of view, and I can see that she's completely criticizing us. It's because I'm a doctor. I wonder if I've misunderstood something. I think this is a really bad clinic."

"If you can speak English, please don't bother going here. Fraudulent charges (balance billing) and they refuse to acknowledge any of that. Make sure to read all the contracts they make you sign before you get any services done, because this is how they justify the balance billing, which is not what the providers are supposed to do if they are in-network. Awful receptionist attitude, and I think that they also misdiagnosed me on something, which is a cherry on top."

"All workers can speak Japanese, but the attitude and service they offer is not Japanese-like. There are some good people who speak polite Japanese, but there is a small, brown-haired receptionist who speaks Japanese and she misdguided several times in a bad manner. She made me waste my time and effort, which was uncomfortable. I would recommend this hospital to those who are not confident to speak English and need to be explained in Japanese, but there are other hospitals that are more reliable and professional."
