"I feel that I have to share this given the great reviews I read. I was very disappointed with this place. I went there needing to have my core/lumbar strengthened. What I received was a photocopy of exercises and told to come back as needed. I did and received the same advice. In fact they seemed more interested in the list of exercises I found on the web. From what I saw there was also little in the way of equipment. I was about to give up and do it on my own when my doctor recommended Presidio Sports and Physical Therapy behind the Porsche dealership off Tiburon Blvd. They are great! Their people seemed much better trained and are real experts in PT. I've learned much more and started new exercises that I would not have considered and that are helping a great deal. Their facility is also much more impressive with respect to the type and number of exercise equipment. I wanted to share this as it may help someone looking to get help from trained physical therapists rather than trying to go it by themselves."
