Setting up an appointment is fairly albeit the providers are very busy with appointments so youll need to book in advance. The doctors are very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with! So far the results are going as planned and we are overall happy with the entire experience."

"We absolutely loved our experience at Hanger Clinic in San Francisco. Our son had a slightly flat and misshapen head, so we sought help from Hanger and was paired with Jeannette, who is absolutely amazing! From her expertise to her bedside manner, she always listened to our concerns and was readily accessible whenever we had any questions. She is very sweet and friendly as well, and my husband and I felt reassured that our son was getting the best care. At the end of his 3 month treatment with his helmet, he successfully reached the desired results and we couldn't be happier! The staff are also very personable and they really advocate for you in order to get the treatment via insurance. They truly make the process smooth, easy and affordable; we highly recommend Hanger Clinic!"

They were extremely helpful in providing me a pair of custom orthopedic soles for my shoes. my appointment was very easy to book and they were very accommodating whenever I needed to reschedule. They flawlessly integrated my insurance plan so I didn't have to pay much out of pocket and they answered all questions I had. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"Extremely happy with our experience at Hanger Clinic, would 100% recommend. My daughter's head was slightly uneven at birth (plagiocephaly) so required a helmet. We were referred to Hanger Clinic by Stamford Children's Health. Everything was great. Most importantly we got great results over the five month period - the unevenness measurement went from 13mm to 1mm - and the overall experience was great. Hosna at the clinic couldn't have been more knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She genuinely cares about her patients. Reception always friendly too. And Hanger Clinic was in network so our insurance covered the cost."

"I had the worse experience ever in the Hanger Clinic San Francisco. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They are unprofessional and useless. The front desk assistant said she called my insurance and I am responsible to pay $300 (for the device that costs $35). I had to leave and call my insurance myself to confirm that I am covered for this device with no copay. Next morning I called the clinic and asked for appt. The same assistant said she will call me back in 15 min, but never did. I went there again, finally saw the specialist, who gave me the walking boot much bigger than my size and pushed me to leave with it. Next day I had to bring it back. As I had a filling that I cannot trust these people, I asked a confirmation letter that I returned the boot and will not be billed for it. They gave me the a letter, but my insurance was billed anyway. I had to call the insurance and let them know. After that I got a bill from a collection office of Hanger clinic. Had to call again. Still waiting for response. Stay away from this clinic, they will not help you, but rip you off!"
