"Went in after having a wicked cough and cold for the last 5 days. Worried I had pneumonia since my brother did and I was with him right before I got sick. They listened to my lungs and did a check up. Offered an x-ray but since my lungs were clear I declined. Doctor was lovely and I feel she did a good job recommending how to treat this bug."

"This review is for the Irving St location. After checking in, I was told wait time would be 10-20 minutes "is that ok?" I agreed. Now, 90 minutes later, still waiting. For a simple (pre-employment) urine test. Nearly no patients have come through - tons of staff in back. Very poor customer service. Check out their Yelp reviews - nearly 40 total reviews with an average of 1.5 stars. Wish I knew before heading over here and investing now nearly 90 minutes. On a work day. Also there are tons of fruit flies circling in the waiting area and a random fluorescent green scrunchie seemingly discarded by a patient over 2 hours ago just sitting on the table in the waiting room. Pretty yucky place."

"I came here for a drug test administered by my employer, which needed to be done within 24 hours of me filling out the form. I called right when they opened to make an appointment for that same day. I was told that I could just walk in at anytime. They are open from 9am-7pm. I came in at 12:30 and the same woman I spoke on the phone with told me they were on lunch. I said okay, I can come back after 3. She said they don’t administer drug tests past 3. Both of these pieces of information would have been helpful on the phone, as my time was wasted. My time continued to be wasted when I came back at 2pm, trying to squeeze the test in before another appointment. I waited for 10 minutes until I asked to use the bathroom. That same receptionist who I spoke with the entire time escorted me to the bathroom. I come out, wait 5 more minutes and then ask when I will be seen, given my appointment was 15 minutes prior and I had somewhere to be. Then I was asked if I was ready to use the bathroom…I turned the receptionist and asked why she let me use the restroom, knowing this was a urine test. I didn’t know what kind of drug test it would be. It could’ve been a swab for all I knew. Since I had just used the restroom and had somewhere to be, I had to call my employer and the company who administers the test to ask for an extension. I then had to return to the clinic the next day, where I again, was not seen on time, even after I was told that it was a very quick process. I do not recommend anyone to come here. The receptionist needs to be replaced."
