Before I could even ask, he said "First of all, where did you purchase your flight" and answered "online." He then yelled "Ok then ask your questions to the internet. Why couldn't you purchase your ticket through me." Then I hung up. It threw me off how he snapped with out even knowing what I was calling about. BAD SERVICE If I could give 0 stars I would. Then he shouted "Ok, then ask your questions to the Internet. Why couldn't you buy your ticket through me?" and then I hung up. I was confused by the way he responded without even knowing what he was calling about."
