Felt discriminated against since I wasn’t an elite athlete I couldn’t have MRI or X-ray. Also cut off any more questions I had, saying this is my last answer to any questions I may have. Very rude and inconsiderate! Plus the office was disgusting and not well taken care of! I am disappointed in this and Kaiser in general. I thought Kaiser was a preventative system. Well that is not true. How would this doctor know anything about my problem when she’s not a specialist. She didn’t ask me specific questions to understand my pain. Only looked for broken bones. Very dissatisfied!"
