"I have never been late for an appointment here, and every time I wait for around 40 minutes to 2 hours. I already waited 2 hours and with my son. Imagine 2 hours inside a clinic with a child. The service from the receptionists is terrible this year, 2024. And once I arrived late for 5 minutes due to TRAFFIC and they told me they wouldn't help me, the nurse who was going to provide the first service today with no education at all was very Be rude to me, I had never been through a situation like this. And he even mistreated me in front of everyone in the waiting room. WE WILL CHANGE CLINICS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE."
"My primary doctor listens to my concerns and always helps me out whenever I need to meet with him. I feel supported by him and helps advocate for my needs when it comes to other parts of the clinic. My biggest problem is scheduling appointments but the care I receive from the medical team is helpful for myself and my daughter."
