"Better late than never, but a few months ago my father had a freak accident getting some weird particulate in his eyes and sent him into an immediate state of pain and discomfort to where he was worried he wouldn't regain vision. The nurse staff and doctor provided him care promptly (steroid shot and eye flush) and i am very grateful, being that we were from out of town, and unfamiliar with where to seek care. It was a rather scary situation. Thank you Dr. (Philip I believe?) and Staff (nurse Melissa?). I'm sorry if i forgot your names, but thank you again!"

"Yes, the waiting room is small and not the most private place. But the team is super nice, straightforward and helpful. I got there at 9 right at opening and they had a line of people. Many of them (including myself) didn’t have a spot on the online waitlist and they helped check us in and helped me with my confusing insurance situation. They got me into a room and offered me water when I joked about only having coffee. It was only one doctor so the wait time was a little long but they communicated that and always informed me of what to expect. I never felt forgotten about in the room while waiting for the next step."

"I was there with my spouse, and waited in the waiting room as my spouse got looked at. This review is more so for the WAY they do things. The waiting room is a small room, and I could hear EVERY questions asked. Personal questions as people were at the window. There were 4 people and all seemed very nervouse to voice their personal symptoms (flare ups, rashes, intimate areas etc.) out loud to a room full of people listening. Also, the desk person confirms ALL their info in ear shot of people. I can't imagine if someone was here and knew a woman's address, phone, and everything about them and uses that information to locate them. It's pretty dangerous. I sat and listened to about 4 people as I heard their address, phone, symptoms, and other personal details. I get the place is small, but there's zero privacy. I suggest the screen be turned around and let them confirm rather than say everything out loud."

"Terrible customer service from Mary N (PA). Took my wife in for back and neck pain after an accident. PA was not listening to her symptoms, was super sarcastic and made fun of what we were explaining to her. Kept rolling her eyes and made rude hand gestures. She kept bringing up the fact that these were expensive undermining us like if we couldn't afford it. It was past closing hour so it felt like she just wanted to get us out of there so they can close. Very rude, this person should be fired. Being in health care you should be compassionate and understanding, not a person who feels on a high horse. Only kudos i do want to give is to the other PA got involved and helped difuse the tension."

"I had an excellent experience at Providence Medical Group urgent care. I made a same-day on-line appointment for an infection and was seen on time. The nurses and the PA whom I saw were friendly and efficient and got me on the right medication very quickly. Thanks!"
