"I've been into the AAA Lakeport quite a few times to help my elderly father with his account. There's always one person that I feel like is quite unprofessional, has displayed an attitude, always dressed in pajamas/crocs which for an office setting I wouldn't expect that to be a standard and is very unprofessional. I'm always trying to avoid her as the person who helps me because her attitude, appearance and demeanor worsens every visit. Aside from this, the branch has helped me with a multitude of things and has resolved everything that I've needed help with."

"Disappointed when I called on hold 15 minutes then machine said leave your name and number we will call you back. Did not know my cell number not from here from Tuolumne County. Needed hours open was not on info.on website that I was on. Very friendly staff, opened door for my walker, dog friendly, thank you she's a service animal without her vest. Gave proper paperwork to me, explained what to fill out, what to have my brother fill out. Will be back tomorrow on Wednesday September 13, 2023."
