"My Doctor leaves the facility to go. Practice somewhere else and I'm left with no Doctor they tell me, I have to go to another town when I have no transportation. I can't understand why they just don't appoint me a new Doctor right there. In the same facility, I've been going to for 3 years. I have high Blood Pressure and medical issues that know I can't be treated for I have to find a new Doctor and facility here in Red Bluff. Sad because I did like the place."
"My fiancé and I had such a bad experience and we didn't even go there to be seen by a doctor. My fiancé is trying to get S.S. cards. One of the requirements to get the cards is to get the medical records and get them stamped/dated by a medical clerk. Well , when she first went in there they were extremely rude. They asked why, like it was a burden to them. They gave her the records. My fiancé took the records to the ss office which is a hour away. Come to find out the records weren't stamped or dated. My fiancé then took time off work on the next business day to go back in a request the records again to be stamped and dated. They told her it would take 3-5 days and the doctor wasn't there. They ignored her when she asked about if she even needed it to be signed off by a doctor and not just a clerk. My fiancé was so upset she had me go into Lassen medical with her a third time. I took time off of my job too also. I went in nicely and professionally and asked for the same thing she asked for prior. The pediatrics clerk Sandra began to give me a blank stare and wasn't friendly at all. She is the clerk for the pediatrics department. You would think you'd be friendly and nice in a department where you help kids. Anyways, i told her it just needed to be stamped and signed by a clerk so the SS office knows these records are real and not counterfeit. She gave me a blank stare and was like well the person who could sign and date these is in meetings all day and i don't know when she would be able to get these for you. She didn't even contact that person to even ask if they were busy. She said i cant guarantee you would have these today. I was confused because the last time my fiancé went in there, they gave them to her right away they just weren't stamped or signed. I asked Sandra well what i am i supposed to do? She just looked at me and said you have to wait. She didn't even ask for our number come to think of it. I asked who will they contact? She told me the mother. I just thought this whole experience was super unprofessional and unnecessary. There was ZERO empathy from Sandra. There was no friendliness, kindness, or support from a person that is supposed to help people and take care of your kids. I don't think someone like that should be the first person you see when you walk into a care facility. Maybe that person needs to be out of the customer service area. I understand customer service can be bad at times. I work in customer service. It is our responsibility no matter how rough of a day you're having to provide great customer service especially when you help parent who have a sick child. All we needed was something so simple. Now we wait for a call from Lassen Medical which Sandra said we would receive today. I highly doubt we will get one. We will have to go back in there and take more time off work for something so simple. Sandra and Lassen Medical need to do better. Were highly disappointed."
"Such an incredible disappointment. Wife was seen in urgent care around 9am, requested test results for influenza, did not receive a call back prior to close. All the while my entire family was suffering from the flu. The following day they failed to contact my wife with her results or inform her they had ordered a prescription. Later that morning, we confirmed with the pharmacy the prescription had not been ordered. After another phone call with Lassen Medical, they claimed they had sent the order the night prior. 15 minutes after that call, the pharmacy observed the order come in. I feel that not only did Lassen Medical provide substandard care, they appeared to have covered up for their mistake. If you’d like your loved ones to be treated in the same manner, please utilize them."
"I've had two appointments here, one in their acute care clinic and one in their dermatology dept. Both appointments went smoothly and very fast- I don't think I've ever had a shorter wait time at a doctor's office ever than I did both times at Lassen Medical Clinic. I felt like the doctor's I saw listened well and like they actually cared about my well-being. 10/10, love y'all at Lassen Medical Clinic."
