"There are always something wrong or a problem with appointments or getting a prescription filled refilled. Always have to ask over and over again. Just this week my urine test was spilled and I was sent to a lab in Red Bluff but when I got there I wasn’t able to do another urine test because they were all backed up..,now tomorrow I will have to go back to the clinic and leave another test. When you are disabled all this running around becomes a hardship. I am a bit frustrated, to say the least!"

"Seems to be having issues keeping staff. They don’t answer their phones. Don’t return messages. And patient care is something they do not actually seem to provide. I am not sure if the providers are over worked or underpaid but a little consistency when having a provider would be nice for the patients."
