"Told me my oncologist retired and moved away and that I need to see their oncologist.(mine didn't retire or move anywhere) Now I go in to see about getting tests ordered and a refill on my pain medication, i was denied both and told to get it from my other doctor despite them being my pain management doctors... I recommend any Sutter doctors over these guys. Worst treatment as a cancer patient I've ever received hands down."

"I just tried to make a simple appointment with Dr House and I am in disbelief over how rudely I was treated by Amber at this office. I expressed concern over not having received a call back regarding an issue. Amber told me I did receive a call and then proceeded to yell at me that I "must not be THAT concerned" since I didn't call back. When I noted that my husband was also on the line as a witness to her behavior, she quickly responded, with attitude again, that her supervisor was as well. Before I could respond, I was hung up on. I'm in complete shock over the total lack of professionalism I just experienced. All my previous experiences with Adventist Health have been nothing but positive."
