"I have to say that this is one of the best shops in my opinion. They were clean, friendly and answered questions when I asked. This shop is where I decided to do my 15th, this is because old shop and artist aren't around anymore. Josef was great and I would highly recommend him. He even followed up with me a couple days after the work was done. I am intending to use this Josef for my next piece which is a sleeve. Another shop I was working with ghosted me and Serenity Ink didn't do that. So I highly recommend them and also really highly recommend Josef Grimm if he is available."
