"Scheduled a consultation and Tom didn't show up or let me know he was going to bail. One of the other artists got me in touch with him and I had a consultation the next day. That went well enough. But he told me to send him references and we'd talk about the designs. I tried to get in touch with him numerous times during the 3 month waiting period and he never responded. I finally heard back from him on the day of our session and he canceled the appointment because he doesn't work on Tuesdays anymore. Incredibly unprofessional. And not what I would have expected from an award winning tattoo parlor."
