"I required Cataract surgery earlier than expected. Probably due to my numerous years living aboard a boat. But Siskiyou Eye made the required changes in my life easy. Dr. Ewing has reassured me every step of the way and always makes himself available. I recently managed to get poison oak in my eyes and he had me on the office within 24 hours to make sure I was doing okay. He is the best!!!! And my eyesight is great."

"The front desk people were wonderful, smiling, helpful and thorough. My experience with the technicians was that they were efficient and thorough but no eye contact, no smiles, nothing to make me feel like I was a person. I felt like I was on product on an assembly line. May have been a bad day for them but made me less confident. The doctor was kind but again I never felt any connection to me. I have to say I have been in customer service my entire career so I may be coming to this from a different angle than most."
