"Always seems like an inconvenience to me every time I go and I feel like I always have to reschedule my appointment....... never coming back again"

"FIRST I WOULD SAY DON'T GO THERE THEY ARE POOR SERVICE. Went there to get work done & have a tooth pulled. When having the x-rays done the lady that did it was not gentle & cut the roof of my gums. They told me & had to come back to get my tooth pulled so the 1st appt. was useless all they did was take the x-rays no cleaning or nothing. When I made an appt for the pulling they canceled the apt & rescheduled it. When I went back they pulled the tooth. After that they made another appointment for the rest of the work, that apt. was canceled also. I had to keep calling them to check in on things to make sure they got an approval from the insurance for the work to be done. When I went back a month later for them to check on the tooth they pulled & finish the work, Yes that is how long they took to get me back in for a follow up. When I got there they told me they had to do new x-rays 1st then what the next steps were so it was a waste of time & to top it off I was told they had to get an approval for the work to be done. So to end things I would say they either dont know what they are doing or just lied to me. Overall it is poor business & practice. I would not recommend going there, it seems like they just want the money."

"We liked the original dentist and staff, but every time we had a visit they call and cancel. But if we call and cancel or change our appointment we get a nasty message that we were no-shows. On top of this, the new dentist referred me to an oral surgeon in Chicago. The central scheduling means we don't get to talk to someone in the office we attend. And the bridge they made for me is completely unusable, doesn't fit and makes me choke. Unreal. Looking for new providers asap."

"I just went to your dental office and technician she is so rude and hurt my mouth and poke my throat by x ray equipment. Doctor he is never show up. I’m not happy. Now my throat is hurting and upper side of my mouth is hurting so bad"

"This place is simply amazing. I’ve been to quite a few dentists but I feel very comfortable here and for my kids. Dr. Aqil is very kind and explains every part of the process. He makes sure his patients are okay during the process. He’s very patient with me and my children. The receptionist is also very friendly. She always asks if my kids would like coloring books and things to do. We definitely found our primary dental office."
