They treated me with kindness, respect, and took what I said and felt and worked with me. Every individual in the place that I came into contact with was smiling, helpful, and upbeat. They get to know you personally and definitely gained my trust pre-op. Any questions you have are answered professionally and with your health in mind. I would recommend these people and this practice to anyone. They were straightforward on prices, insurance, and never made me feel like I was getting swindled. 5 stars for me"
"I had a tooth removed about a month ago by Dr. Sherrill Fay. I have a severe fear of anything dental. I have nitrous gas when I get my teeth cleaned, I'm that bad. Dr. Fay and her staff were so kind, gentle and understanding I got through it with gas only: I thought I would have to be put under. For something I dreaded, they made it virtually painless."
"I give this place a 3 because I’m sure they don’t do a bad job. But I write this review from a standpoint of someone who has never been a patient here. The morning I went, I brought a friend who was getting their wisdom teeth cut out. I decided to wait for a few minutes as we were late to the appointment in case he got denied. There was no denial of his appointment. Although, I have a busy schedule daily. I decided to head back home (only 15 minutes away and the appointment is a little over an hour long) that way I can take care of a few more chores in the meantime. Instead, I got a call from my friend before he entered surgery telling me that the people at the dentist’s office said I, the driver, have to remain on the premises. This was immediately concerning to me. I frantically search the web to see if anyone else has been told by a medical office that as the designated driver they cannot leave the premises. After 10-15 minutes of searching, I was able to only find one little Reddit thread about the same thing happening to someone. It isn’t common, but if this happens to you, just know it is absolutely and 100% your right as a driver who is NOT included in any paperwork relating to who you’re taking for their appointment, or relating to that office itself, to leave the premises. Don’t let them make you feel uncomfortable or like you can’t leave if you aren’t a patient. I have not even spoken to one staff member and I am currently still sitting outside of the building, “unable to leave”. Good luck all"
"If you don't mind costly surprises, welcome. You'll be one of hundreds of defendants with civil actions over the years by these thieves. A small claims action was filed against me after a wisdom tooth extraction that was billed at $1,000 more than agreed upon. Because the cost estimate was vague and the office refused to release copies of the documents pertinent to the case, they are able to win. Do yourself a favor and find an ethical surgeon with honest and transparent methods, one that values and respects patients instead of deceiving and milking."
