They were very kind the entire time while dealing with my Kitti peanut trying to help the best they could with the unfortunate circumstances when it came to letting him cross the rainbow bridge peanut was layed to rest & they did more than I ever imagined when I got his ashes back! Loving words of kindness! They even surprised me with a plaster of his Paw print! Loosing a pet is hard enough as it is having the patience that they did with me ment a lot! Letting go is so hard after 16 years together! FOR SURE will be choosing them for the rest of my animals checkups and emergency needs!"

"Straight up can't even explain how livid and broken I am! I called you guys twice, the first lady told me the exam would be like $175 plus other initial cost and that we can come on in and fill out the application, when we actually went to Crescent City to get my little leopard gecko in, no one was there, we called the emergency line as it was an emergency, we were told the cost of the exam would be $250 something plus the other cost and were asked if that was okay, my boyfriend and I were confused on how we were told different prices but we both said yes because we were willing to pay anything, after we said yes, person on the phone then said "sorry we don't take new clients." Seriously?? Then why ask, not only were we told different cost, we were turned down and I couldn't find any other vet, I was at work when I got the call from my boyfriend stating she passed away! How many animals have y'all let down and just die? The cries that came out of me made my boyfriend run to me while I was at work, I have been owning reptiles for 7 years, they have become a huge part of me, all of my animals do just like any other pet for any other person. I will never try this place again, instead I'll risk my chance of calling off of work and traveling if I ever need a vets assistance again!"
