"Do not shop here they will rip you off an extremely rude went into this location around 1:30 a.m. the man in the store was extremely rude took advantage of the fact that I needed to buy food for my family kicked me out of the store lied and said he was closing and his excuse was that I was buying too much which is ridiculous I bought two frozen pizzas some cookies and drinks and two snacks he charged me more than double what it should have been and when I called to see if they really were closed or not of course he said no they were open and told me on the phone when I inquired about him overcharging me he said again it was because I bought too much and he hung up on me I will be filing a police report because this is theft if you are a store owner or manager reading this I highly suggest you do something to make this right because I will be reporting this to my EBT card as well as the authorities"

"Customer service so rude! I went around 1:45am and the guy who works at this time yelled at me just because he was mopping one of the hallways and he got frustrated to see a customer walking in, I understand he wants to go home after a long day at work but that attitude was so unprofessional, he told me I needed to leave just because he was mopping and I couldn't walk any further where he was mopping, I told him if he could grab that drinks I wanted to buy and he was very angry and told me NOT he wasn't gonna grab anything and I wasn't allowed to walk any further where he mopped, which I understood and I decided to respect that and I left. This 7/11 needs to have more friendly costumers service no matter what time is it, we are costumers and we spend our money there and we don't deserve that kinda of treatment."

"Just went in today (March 23, 2023) I usually prefer this 7-eleven as opposed to the one nearby off Slater by my daughters school, however today I dealt with a gentleman being very rude. First off, I asked him a question about the orange bang because I wanted to make sure the drink wasn’t suppose to have carbonation and he seemed rather annoyed by my question. I ended up getting my usual drink, the vitamin water. I get it almost everyday so I know what it tastes like and before I left the store I sipped it and it tasted like plain water, no flavor. I tried to address this with the gentleman (who by the way had no name tag, just a sports jersey number 7 ronaldo on it) and he told me that there must be something wrong with my taste buds because they just changed it. Very rude. It was definitely disgusting and i’ll just let the next customer agree with me and i’m sure he will realize what an a** he made of himself. Anyways, i ended up buying a larger diet coke and paid for it even tho i should’ve been given a free replacement. The woman also has her jacket zipped up super far so I couldn’t see the name on her name tag. and reading the other reviews something tells me they’re use to receiving bad reviews. Both workers appeared very lazy and full of animosity for some reason. I feel like they don’t like their jobs and I hope their lives get better so they stop taking it out on innocent customers."
