"Had my conversion van towed to this location from the Rosedale shop as they said this one had a lift that could support my vehicle. Was then called a week later by this shop to be told my vehicle is overweight for their jack (they then tell me my vehicle weighs 5 tons when i know its only 3.5, small shops and even fleet farm can lift it), so they want to have it towed yet again to a specialty shop of theirs to work on it. I then get told my transmission will need to be replaced. I ask why and am told that it's "shot" and being a stock transmission its carrying too much weight, never had an issue before and that wasn't even why I brought it in. The reason it was brought in was for a failed motor mount and when I asked if they had taken a look at it, I was told they didn't know about that and he would check and get back to me. They never did call me back. How can a shop tell you that you need repairs without even looking under the hood? Find somewhere else that won't lie to you, waste your time, and try to take advantage of you like this place."

"Precision auto has become my go to spot for oil changes as they do reliable work at an affordable price. I recently had more extensive work done having them swap out a rack pinion, changing out some fog lights and having an exhaust leak looked at. Despite having an appointment for three hours on Wednesday the car wasn’t available until Saturday. While the communication was frustrating and delays with being shorthanded left us without a vehicle the folks in the front were apologetic and focused on making things right asking directly what they could do to correct the situation and going out of their way to ensure we were happy with the end result. While they couldn’t avoid the hiccups which is becoming more common with current staffing issues they took control of the moment and made it right by their customer. I greatly respect this and will utilize this location again as trusted mechanics."

"After setting up an appointment almost a week and a half out, I showed up to get my oil change. To my surprise I was told that there was no appointment to begin with. Although this didn't surprise me. When I initially called to set the appointment I was lied to about there being no appointments open for 3 weeks. I mentioned how I didn't mind waiting 3 weeks only for him to continue to give an attitude and suddenly find one week and a half out. I have no intentions of continuing to go here but rather Big O. The environment is not welcoming nor are the practices morally right."

"I had an appointment on Sat, 6/17/23 that I made two weeks prior. I even called to confirm my appointment two days before. Comes that day, I went for my appointment, shockingly, the place was closed, nobody was in sight, not a customer! The sign clearly indicates it’s open on Saturday, except that Saturday so they were well aware it wasn’t going to be opened! Obviously, everyone else was advised except me! Even a courtesy phone call to let me know would have made all the difference! Guess they don’t value their customers time!! Wasted my day having to drive that far out! Not to mention, I’m so disappointed because I was going out of town that week and I needed my alignment done. Keep in mind that this appointment was scheduled two weeks prior! Apparently, we get what we pay for, I purchased this alignment deal on Groupon! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on a business who is irresponsible and who don’t value their customers!!!"
