"This office does NOT care about my ailments. I have had a stomach issue for over a month. Was supposed to get a referral for a colonoscopy and still don't have it. Won't give me pain meds even though I keep explaining to them I'm on my feet for 8 freaking hours a day and I'm 68. Very disappointing. Very upsetting. For all I know I could have stomach cancer which my father had and I've told them this. Still don't care!!!!!!!!!!"

"Committed, responsive and personalized care. Given my appeal to natural remedies and exercise I tend to avoid the Doctors but the Dr. Hussain and the Head Practitioner Cynthia are surprisingly with it and receptive to alternative points of view. A number of times their office has been able to see me short notice and even same day! Their communication and dealing with my referrals to specialists are expeditious. I personally make it a point to show up early and over communicate my issues with all staff in a polite way so dealing with Dr. Hussain's office has always been a pleasant experience."

"Probably the most unprofessional office I've ever been to. I was referred to the cardiologist after my 830 am appointment, but to make the appointment with the cardiologist I needed my paperwork faxed over. I called this office & they said "ohh the doc hasn't finished her notes, she'll finish them by tomorrow morning" which is strange to me considering I'm obviously being referred to the cardiologist for a reason! I call again this morning & at first the girl on the phone had no idea & no information on anything & then they say "ohh its still on her desk, call again before the day ends" I dont have the time or energy to keep calling about MY paperwork that should of have been done YESTERDAY!!! They're holding information that is crucial to me so I can make my next appointments!!!!! & the girls who answer the phones obviously dont care & get an attitude when you're calling about YOUR information"
