Also, they identified that one of my rims was bent (I damaged it prior to coming in) and they were able to bend it back for me which was very much appreciated being that I didnt want to purchase a new rim unless I absolutely had to. He also went over some options in case it did cause problems down the road. Really appreciate these guys going the extra mile; I will be back for sure!"

"I'd recommend this store. They messed up on the time for my tires to be done (inventory issue). Ended up having to come in before vehicle was done. Quite an inconvenience. But the store manager recognized the error and credited me back an amount equal to my troubles. We all make mistakes, so I'm glad they made things right with me. Coming back for sure."

"I'm so pleasantly surprised. I stopped at Discount Tire in Stillwater with a slow leak in one of my rear tires. I did not have an appointment. They got my Jeep in in less than an hour, offered to rotate my tires free of charge, found a nail in the tire that was low and fixed it for free! They didn't try to up-sell me. Just friendly, fast, GREAT service. I live in St. Paul but plan to come back out here when I need a new set of tires. Great work, Bret and Brandon and the rest of the team!"

"I've had a few different sets of tires installed here and the Customer service is really, refreshingly great. Discount Tire might be a chain but this particular store is definitely a cut above. Prices are competitive and they're tired in with Tire Rack if you want something specific like I do. The manager Brandon gets a lot of credit for leading by example too. I've had enough good experiances here that I don't bother looking elsewhere."
