"This is an update post. 7-Eleven used too be considered a convenience store. There is nothing convenient what so ever about this place. Prices are as high as top of the line grocery stores and the staff at night don't know anything. Ben & Jerry's ice cream is 2 for $10 and says it right there on the door. Night Clerk tried charging me $7.99 each. I showed him the 2 for $10 and he tried yelling at me about it only covers the ice cream on the picture. I made him read the fine print (Two, one pint cartons two for $10.) Still didn't believe me. I told him screw it and just left."
"Compared to another location this one is far better. Cashiers are nicer. The young kid was nice and smiled, and the woman who is there quite often is always pleasant. Better stock than the Platt store; I’ll give my business to this location. Cleaner and never found expired food here."
"THE WORST 711 I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!!!! THE GUY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I WENT IN AT 1:14 AM. ON 12/13. I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE. SO HE WASNT BUSY. I JUST ASKED FOR 2 BAGS OF POPCORN. HE LOOKED LIKE HE BEYOND HATED HIS JOB!!!! IVE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 YEARS AND THAT WAS NO WAY TO TREAT ANYONE. HE REALLY NEEDED AN ATTITUDE CHECK!!!! I WAS NEVER RUDE. HE WAS RUDE THE MOMMENT I WALKED IN!!!"
"NATS CIGARETTE COUPON PROBLEM HERE. NATS gives their customers a pack of 2 coupons, either $5 dollars payment on a single pack or $4 dollars off a single pack. They come 2 perforated together as a single GIFT WITH PURCHASE. I bought a pack yesterday late afternoon, the guy behind the counter rips one of my coupons off and puts the packet with my other coupon back behind the register, which is now missing 1 of my coupons, which is normal since I’m using it as needed, and proceeds on ringing me up. I say THANK YOU, may I get my other coupon back? The guy says “NO, We open these coupon packages after you buy them and separate them for our customers giving one at a time out to them, if THEY want the other coupon, they can come back here and I will give it to them when they buy another pack from OUR STORE.” I told him that it’s not their job to dictate where a customer has to shop when they choose to purchase and use their 2nd coupon, Gift With Purchase Coupon. I said that if I want to use this coupon at the market to get smokes or at another 7-Eleven, that’s up to me to give that business my money....it’s NOT UP TO YOU TO FORCE ME TO RETURN TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT to get my 2nd coupon and be forced to use it only there. It’s a gift package of 2 coupons with purchase, they wouldn’t have connected 2 together that needs to physically or with scissors be separated and pre-wrapped and folded together if they only meant for the customer to have 1 of them. That’s stealing $5-7 dollars from the customer that NAT has given to the customer as a gift on their 1st purchase to use right away and for them to use the 2nd coupon to buy another pack. Total discount given to NAT SHERMAN CUSTOMER IN THE END, $10-14 dollars, depending on where you buy your cigarettes from. That’s unethical for 7-Eleven to hold something they didn’t pay for and got for free from this company against a customer. I’m sure it’s not what NATS has in mind when they gave these double-sealed coupon packets to 7-Eleven to add with each purchase. As you see, that’s why most companies add it inside their packs and also, when it comes to buy 1 get 1 packs, that they print, PACK NOT TO BE SOLD AS IS, because unethical company managers try to sell those free packs as single pack purchase and prevent the customers from getting their intended free pack. This coupon trick by this 7-Eleven needs to stop. I also had an argument with the manager about this unethical plot to try to get me to return to their store when it was time to buy another pack of these at which time he said that if he didn’t already give it away to another, that I could have it. WHAT? Don’t steal $5-7 bucks from me that NAT SHERMAN CIGS GAVE TO ME."
"Being green is good stuff. Last Halloween I was offered this great insulated reusable slurpee cup for sale at 7/11. I bought it right up and have never needed a disposable cup again. I have traveled to many 7/11s with said cup and always charged for a slurp refill. This manager whatever guy seems to think the cup you guys sold me to refill is too large and charges me more the super price as if I walked In with no cup. This is the closest to my house and this is bs. FOLLOW YOUR COMPANIES POLICIES YOU CHEAP ;)(@)@4$):”!!3."
