"The guy with tattoos on his arms is so dismissive and rude. I told him, I want to exchange my tickets and he told me to go on the back. I went and then I saw that the machine is for “checking” the tickets. I already know mine is a winner so I went back to him immediately and told him that. Anyways, my other ticket won $2 but because I kept the ticket for long time it went bad and didn’t go in his machine and told me it’s not good, but I got $5 for the other ticket. All I wanted was exchange these tickets and buy same lottery tickets but because he is so rude, I decided to just go somewhere else to buy tickets. I used to like this store because they were nice a lot of times or civil compared to other 7/11 which has employees that are completely rude. I get it, he is very busy but it doesn’t take so long to hear what your customers want rather than dismissing them to get back to other tasks. I don’t feel like I wanted to come back here again as I don’t feel welcomed and was treated rudely. At first they were completely ignoring me, but I waited because I know they were doing their jobs. I didn’t even demanded for their attention but waited for them to ask me how they can help me. I have my tickets on my hands so maybe they just don’t like helping people with lottery tickets. I’m going to another store from now on. Even when this store is further from where I live, I still come here because I was treated nicely in the past. But today is different. I will not be coming back here. The guy seemed to be angry and hostile."

"This 7-11 was part of a rescue mission tonight. A radiator hose came loose and dumped quite a bit of liquid after I arrived at work. During my mid-shift break, I installed Postmates and ordered 4 jugs of distilled water. Jonathan delivered them to my car as requested within 20 minutes. After work, it took about 40 minutes to patch things up. The worm type hose clamp wasn't loose, it broke off. Luckily there was an extra set securing a different section that was replaced last year. Grateful that 7-11 keeps essentials like these in stock. Made the short drive home safely with normal coolant temp fluctuation. A tow and ride would have taken much longer."

"Went to get a coffee, I saw cockroaches by the creamer station, I told the clerk, all he did was say, "yes, I know we have bacteria", then I said "no, it's insects, you have cockroaches", at which point he grabbed a paper towel and proceeded to smoosh a cockroach and throw it in the trash, didn't even bother to clean up. Avoid this place, it's disgusting."

"Displayed prices for items like donuts incorrect and they don't fix it, even after repeated requests over multiple visits. Mumble something about "it is tax" or "maybe it's a slight upcharge" or "you can come back tomorrow and get a refund", but they (or he) just won't fix it. Also, the store plays the advertisement for the "pay with the app" on the screen at the register, and the 7-Eleven app enables the pay-with-app feature because it knows from the location that it is in a pay-with-app enabled store, but the clerk doesn't know how to use it (it does not charge the app), and even worse, points out how it works for everyone else - while everyone else is actually paying with credit card or cash. It is really painful."
