"I had lived at the southern hotel 7 years. I am a disabled senior who left out of state due to a family emergency. I sent a letter with my new address and self addressed stamp to return my deposit. It has been 3 months and I haven't received ANYTHING. It was left in perfect condition! This is NOT OK to keep someones money who has limited income and has done NOTHING to have deposit kept.. -Mary Gayden"
