"Stock tire Improperly balanced new Michelin tires that my father purchased through them. There was a vibration after the install and balance and they stated that a wheel was bent. Trusting their expertise, my dad had the wheel replaced at a cost of nearly $500. This Did not fix the vibration. Another shop took a look and not only was our original wheel not bent at all, the new tires were balanced improperly using the static method instead of the dynamic method. Everything was rebalanced and the original wheel reinstalled and the problem solved. Scott originally said he would make good on the cost of the wheel (and lost lug nut caps) but has not. He also used foul language to voice his frustrations toward me as I was trying to help my dad out"

"I had an appointment for an oil change. All went well, but it was $ 30.00 higher than last time. New owners charge more. I was told my transfer case was leaking fluid. They told me that they would check to see about parts and the cost to fix it. I was told that they would call me and let me know what the cost. I never got a call . Ihave to go somewhere else. I was told he lost two mechanics and didn't have time to work on my car. I will not go backto this pl as ce. I think the new new owner should just close the door He will.not be in business long."

"New Owners are not pleasant, and they let go of good hard workers to replwce them with people who work cheaper and make up shotty excuses to let them go even without any notice. High prices, office staff unpleasant to deal with. Id recommend any other shop in town besides this one. They recently let go of the best tire tech theyve had there in years !!! Lots of upset people that wont return now because of it!!!"

For that reason, I will not be bringing any of my vehicles to Stick Tire for maintenance or repairs in the future. I will also be spreading the word to friends and relatives. I wanted to give your new business a chance but, I only allow myself to be taken advantage once."
