"The worst customer service I have ever seen in Sacramento. When you go to get a pizza the person at the cashier lies and tells you that they don’t have pizzas in fact they do have pizzas unfortunately the cashier doesn’t bother himself to reach for pizzas, and simply tells you we don’t have it. I talked to his manager couple times it worked for a while and then a new cashier comes in and the same problem again! I live in the vicinity for the 711. Its cashiers are very racists and need to fix themselves. The store manager is a good guy but the store cashiers are the ones who need training in customer services. I kindly requested the 711 head office to fix this and bring them to 711 customer service standard. Thank you Jamal"

"The clerk's are very helpful with a bit of humor. I will quick shop there again. No homeless beggars, no one outside asking for a cigarette. It was very comforting going back to parking lot by not getting swarmed by transients."
