"Had my wisdom teeth removed. Went in to the Mequon office a couple days before to finalize my contact stuff and sorts. Double verified they had the correct emails. On the day of the surgery I go in and they tell me it's out of pocket payment. They forgot to send me the insurance email. What! Anyways I wouldn't recommend the Mequon location, I don't know much about the other locations but this one has set a bad example for me."
