"This is my second time in over a month your card loading machine is not working. You guys need to fix it and you guys need to be on top of things INSTEAD of talking on the phone all the time! Some people need to pay their bills with their card."

"The cashiers at night are constantly talking on the phone while working. Sometimes they will completely lock the store when they're cleaning and not allow any customers to come in until they're finished (not exactly 24/7). The only staff member that is good is the woman (I believe she is of Latin descent) that works during the day."

"I had a very hard time communicating with your employee because he was on his phone while working with customers. It is rude to be on the phone while on the job. I've been coming to this 7 Eleven for years now. I just about have enough with their rudeness. I'm taking my business elsewhere."

"I used to stop by here every other day on my way to work but will no longer be coming here due to the fact that they lie and disrespect their customers. I asked the sales clerk for a food item and he insisted I purchase 3 to which I thanked him but declined because I wasn't interested got rung up and noticed my total was higher than usual, so I checked my receipt and sure enough he had charged me for an extra food item. I walked back in and told him about it and he brought me the food item that he rung me up for. I told him I don't want it and just needed a refund. He then tells me I have to take the food item and they can't do a refund. I politely ask again and he hands me the food item, at that time I asked to get his supervisor info and some lady comes out of the back and starts processing my refund. I explained the situation to her and she didn't say a word to me not even sorry. I also explained that refusing to give someone a refund was illegal they just looked at me like I was crazy. Will never go back to this place as it lies and scams customers."
