"Ok re edit on this review customer service has improved and once again delightful service restored and for that can't go wrong with 5 star service, always willing to go the extra mile in pleasing customers wonderful owners and employees thanks for the service."

"Garbage customer service! Went in looking for a beer, made a comment about not seeing them and the cashier didn't say anything. As I was about to walk out he starts power walking to the front acting like I was going to steal some thing. Now that I have direct eye contact I actually ask "do you have any beer" to which he replies, "you just looked around did you see any?". Wasn't rude to him, didn't demand the beer, just walked in. Now I had my wife and kid in the car and I wasn't about to make a scene but 7-11 you can't seriously make the case that this guy should be working customer service. I have NEVER been to a 7-11 where the employee has been unnecessarily rude like this guy. Night shift on 9.12.23 at about 915pm. Stay away from this one folks, there's a liquor store around the corner with everything 7-11 has and more, spend your hard earned cash there so they can eliminate this jerks position"

"Had a flat tire, went inside and asked the cashier to turn on the air. Usually cashiers would turn it on as a courtesy, however these two cashiers said I need to buy gas then I can get free air as it’s “CA law..you can look it up”. Yeah ok fine whatever. Their store, their rules however they were very rude."

"UPDATED TO ADD- NOT OPEN 24 HRS this 7 eleven closes from 1 to 330 am every night. not the best in terms of selection and usually pretty satisfactory but lately the employees have been an issue, so much that we know to go to a diff 7 eleven if we want a pizza because employees at 711 on Rowland will attend to our one small request and actually cut the pizza so we can dig in without ripping it a part."

"This location is not that great The employees have attitude problem The employees have to answer back or give there 2 cents to the customers which is not professional at all and the employees will talk back to you which is wierd for a business and employees The gas prices are expensive The products in there store are expensive and they don't care about there customers at all they just care about themselves and feel entitled"
