"Extremely rude lady in the cashier. She tried accusing me of stealing because i had a bag with me which is understandable. After i told her that there was nothing to worry about, she then was very passive aggressive. I told her to have a good rest of her day and she made a face and attitude. This has happened not once but multiple times each time i go to the store for the past 3 months. The worker makes the whole vibe of the store unpleasant. She had grey to black hair and is a short height."
"I would give it a zero if I could. The guy that's on shift this evening at 6:30pm. Sooo sorry I was trying to bring your company business. Next time I'll take it somewhere else. I'm wondering if he is aware that he's in the customer service business and nice attitude is expected. Hopefully things turn around for you and I wish you well. #kindness #manners"
"Horrible customer service. I had to call San Marcos police and they sent a unit. The employee behind the counter, a woman, yelled at my son and I to get out of her store with no justificable cause or reason. She acted irrational as if she was under the influence of drugs. It was very scary. I’m contacting corporate and will go to the extend of the law to make sure this doesn’t happen again"
"Walked into the store and there was no one to be seen. Finally the clerk came from somewhere in the back and seemed annoyed to have to deal with me. All I wanted was my Juice. When I asked for lottery tickets she told me there was none of the ones I wanted. When I asked for another one she seemed annoyed. She seemed to just want to go back to what she was doing. They should retrain the clerk named Marley. Or she should retire. Period!"
"I went to get free slurrpies for 7/11/18 day and the Hispanic lady told my 3 daughters and another little boy to hurry up and choose what flavor they wanted. Like excuse me?! Why on earth would you yell at my kids?! For doing nothing wrong. Smh. Then I said let me talk to the manager and she said she was gone manager lol I couldn’t believe it!!!!! I then called to make a formal complaint and they don’t answer the phone. Worst service ever!!!!!"
