"Please save your money. I wanted my nails to look white and beautiful for my wedding. Need less to say I have to go. Get fake nails in the morning before my wedding thank you so much Grand Nails and Spa. This is The first time I've left nail salon with my nails. Looking worse than when I got there seriously. How can you charge somebody $55? When you don't even do the job right you guys are horrible. Thanks"

"Several red flags from get go. Asked the male technician who did my nails to not to trim or touch cuticles as he did not pull out new or sanitized equipment and was just going to reuse equipment. Didn’t clean nails from previous client in work space. Very disappointed in this service and health/safety measures. Would not recommend."

"Asked for a basic French tip in a fun color and they are all different shapes. Some if my tips are completely streight while others are crokedly round. Almost all of them dont actually have the color on the entire free edge. Super disappointed."

"The worst experience getting my nails done ever!!! I asked for them to fix them that day and I got an attitude and then I called back because they did them so thin they cracked and are chipping all over and they are telling me I have to pay to get them fixed! I’m reporting them to the BBB. Picture below is one day after getting them done and all I was doing when this happened was typing at work.all my nails are u even and crooked as well so extreme disappointed I want my money back and the tip I left because i never should’ve left one in the first place. $50 dollars wasted. They don’t even cut ur cuticles. Extremely disappointed. I mean they pay $5-10 dollars for one dip powder color and you can get at least 30-40 full sets out of one container and they charge 45-75 to each person. What is wrong then they get mad when u don’t leave a tip of 20 dollars or more. And they talk rude about the customers and think people can’t understand them because they are speaking in another language but there body and facial expressions say otherwise. They will be fixing my nails or issuing a refund tomorrow!!!"
