"SHAME ON YOU TRAVLERS INSURANCE!!!!!! I have been following a story about 65 residents who lived in a condo called Horizon in Wauksha, WI. These poor people paid for Insurance through Travelers Insurance for YEARS!! The City of Waukesha deemed the condo building unsafe and unihabitable and the owners were forced out. Travelers Insurance REFUSED to SUPPORT the people who lost everything!! Left people homeless!!!! The people of HORIZON fought Travelers insurance and lost in court. The stories I have read about the people is that many had to file bankruptcy or are about too. Some of the residents ended up in nursing homes, some had to get a job after being retired for years. These people LOST their investment in their forever homes. What really bothers me, is that TRAVELERS INSURANCE can SPONSOR/DONATE to events and advertisement, but can not support the clients who frankly paid for the sponsorships and donations. SEARCH FOR ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY WHO CARES FOR THEIR CLIENTS"

"They tried pulling automatic payments from my savings account, when I set it up for checking. I now have two overdraft fees thanks to their incompetence, and Ive cancelled my policy. Absolutely horrible."

"We had remediation work to remove water damaged walls and flooring. It has been 3+ months dealing with travelers. we have been left without walls and flooring while we wait on them. The wall between the house and garage has been removed so we have had high temperatures, high humidity, and bugs in the house all summer and we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor because the bedroom is torn apart. Obviously travelers is aware of our situation and does not care. Absolutely unacceptable. LOOK ELSEWHERE for insurance and if you have travelers, switch before something goes wrong."

"Worst insurance company ever. 49 condo unit owners were evacuated out of their condo December 2, 2021 in Waukesha, Wisconsin because the building was in threat of collapsing. The building was covered under Traveler's. All of these people that lived there suddenly became homeless. Traveler's offered ZERO money to help out. We are all suffering big time because these mortgage companies still expect you to pay them even though your home is condemned and the city kicked you out. The city expects us as owners to demolish the building on top of that. Traveler's is a multi-billion company. And they offered nothing to help! We paid high premiums to cover our building for absolutely nothing. What a waste. What a greedy, horrible company. Stay far away from this company if I were you!!"
