"I’ve got my nails done here twice with dip and they were great and the guy who does them is super nice I haven’t learned his name but I’ve never gotten my nails done before and he’s guided me I recommend them to anyone I feel confident about my nails and get alot of compliments from guests at my job saying how nice they are! Absolutely love this place!"

"I will start with this — I will never go back to Dream Nails, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone else again. This is the second time I have had big issues with this salon and it is surely the last. I had gone in to get my nails done for my engagement photos, told her I wanted gels, as I had extremely strong healthy nails that I work very hard to maintain on a daily basis. She even said I have some of the nicest natural nails she’d ever seen. She pushed and pushed and pushed me to upgrade to dip because it would “make [my] nails even stronger” due to “all the vitamins and minerals” it has in it... I have never gotten anything other than gels and was very new to any other services and she kept pushing, so I agreed. She then kept suggesting things, and never once communicated there was an up charge on all of them… ended up upselling me on three other things and I had absolutely no idea until I got up to the counter and she told me the $50 service I asked for and came in for was suddenly $80. I was baffled and didn’t want to make a scene by asking about the difference as there were six other women getting their nails done too and it was very uncomfortable to bring up. I wrote a review and the owner called me telling me I needed to come in and have them remove what they already did and then give me the service I originally asked for… AND refund me… and I said instead of wasting your tech’s time and resources on redoing them? I’d simply appreciate a refund of the up-charges… she finally agreed and told me she’d only refund me the difference of the costs they unknowingly upsold me IF I took my review down and completely blackmailed me into taking it down for me to even get the up-charges refunded. My “dip” nails then lasted all of 6 days and my nails are now TISSUE PAPER THIN. They were hard as rock, super thick and extremely strong… and now they’re all broken half way down and bend backwards any time I try to do anything with my hands… it’s not only horribly disgusting how they look now, but painful. I am absolutely devastated the condition my nails are left in. I’ve never had my nails turn out this way post-gels, and would have NEVER agreed to dip had I known they would not in fact make my nails healthier, but would absolutely DESTROY the nails I spent over a year growing so strong… my nails hadn’t broken once in over a year prior to his service… now they peel, break, and bend backws even after having been filed all the way to stumps… Before and after photos of my nail health… Update: TO THE OWNER: you FORCED me to remove my review while I was on the phone with you for a refund. Maybe read the most recent reviews you guys have just received who had damn near identical experiences as mine. And one whose natural nails were filed down so far her finger is bleeding. Mine are DESTROYED. This has nothing to do with how they were removed and everything to do with how they were serviced. I SPECIFICALLY, MULTIPLE TIMES told her I wanted to do NOTHING that would take away from my current nail health that Kelly SPECIFICALLY commented on telling me they were quote on quote “the nicest natural nails [she] had ever seen” …. Why on earth would she then COMPLETELY LIE to me and convince me that Dip would make them even healthier…? BULL. She wanted more money out of me. And now you try to put this on me? I ABOVE AND BEYOND “clearly communicated” my concerns and what I wanted with Kelly. I SPECIFICALLY told her I only ever do gel so that my nail strength and health are not compromised. When she tried to tell me that dip was perfect for that, I questioned her many times before she finally pushed hard enough and convinced me my nails would not only not be DESTROYED… but “HEALTHIER”… Stop forcing people to remove their honest reviews and stop responding total BS that puts your wrongdoing on them. If honest reviews meant anything to you, you would have never FORCED me to delete my honest review. Unbelievable the way you’ve run this business so downhill."

"This one is for Kelly! I started going to Dream Nails about a year ago and was paired with Kelly, not my first visit but my second. And once she did her magic, I made sure to request her EVERY. TIME! She does amazing work. Anytime I bring in a design (keeping in mind that it’s doable for a steady hand to do and not a photo shopped picture or a picture of a “sticker” nail) she did her best and seriously nailed it, every time! I’ve never left wishing I would had spoken up with something that I felt was off.. NOPE! I’ve even made sure to share my nails every time on my social media and have had FOUR friends go see her and LOVE her work just as much as I have!! But I also want to notes, that even if I had an issue, Kelly would want to know and make it right_ it’s a reflection of her and her work! Or if I broke a nail shortly after getting them done, I could easily walk in and she would fix it for me… PROFESSIONALISM AT ITS FINEST!"

"I started coming to Dream nails several months ago and have been happy every time I come! Kelly has done an amazing job and I will keep coming back! She takes her time, listens to what I want and is always willing to try whatever. She does an excellent job with nail art as you can see in this photo!"
