Mazatlan Mexican Restaruant 385 Wright Road, Johnson Creek, WI 53038

"The service was excellent, chips, salsa, and very expensive small guacamole were on the table within seconds of sitting down. The chips and salsa were good, the guacamole, bland (I did ask for it to not be spicy for my wife, maybe the spicy version is better). We both had the seafood burrito. When it arrived, I asked why it didn't come with lettuce and beans on the side, the waiter responded that they are in the burrito... Okay... beans are fine but why on earth would you put iceberg lettuce inside a hot burrito???? Yuk!! Besides the lettuce issue, the burrito was just okay, not seasoned like I would expect for a Mexican restaurant. There are lots of Mexican food options locally (that don't put lettuce inside a hot burrito), we probably won't go to Mazatlan again."

"Finally a good food good drink Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff We were seated right away. The restaurant appeared very open, spacious and clean. Ordered the Supreme Enchilada it was delicious Ordered the #3 Vegetarian it was very good All large portions Tried the Perfect Margarita it was pretty good and did not have a lot of the premix which makes the margarita to sweet Tried the Texas Margarita that was delicious My only suggestion is to double check the non alcoholic drinks a little more so we don’t have to ask for a refill. Overall the best Mexican Restaurant in Wisconsin that we have tried which is over a handful of full. Check them out!"

"Stopped in for lunch at about 1:30 today. It wasn’t very busy so I had very quick and attentive service. I ordered a beef Chimichanga. They also serve warm Chips and salsa. The food was very good. Service was very good. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, clean and inviting. I would highly recommend stopping in. I was a bit disappointed that an unsweetened Ice Tea cost $4.50 though."

"Tried twice so far. Probably will one more, but first two were not worth the cost. Food has no flavor. Drinks were overpriced along with food. Service was friendly but lacking in timing. Quesadilla advertised as coming with guacamole, but is was barely more than a teaspoon."
