Happy Nails

"I got a manicure done at this place on this past Tuesday and the nail tech dig deep into the side of my nail, cause she was not paying attention to what she was doing and I end up with a infected finger had to go the the hospital, end up had to get tissue cut off that was push out, which led to a huge infection!, I wasn’t very not happy and I will seek legal matters. After seeking Legal matters for my injury, the matter was a successful, so if you experience a medical situation that lead to a infection or a injury cause by negligence turn to legal advice so someone can be responsible! "The lady that does eyelashes got up set because I asked her to use a new stick and to wash her hands. She waxed my face multiple times in the same spot and very aggressively. My eye is completely swollen this morning. I have bruises and cuts I will not be returning."

"Usually they are pretty decent but today was the the first time I revisited in a couple years and i wish I didnt honestly. I really dont like my nails and I feel like if i express that, people shouldnt get an attitude and start handling my hand a little more differently....My nails are ok but the mess left around my nails on my skin..smmfh...I asked for white tips and when i expressed to her that i dont like the part going down the side and if she could remove the white edges, her whole attitude changed...i just said forget it and took it as a lesson learned .... I should have just went back to Bella or Oasis nail cuz they are more polite and care about meeting customers needs.... Def getting a new paint job tomorrow though..."

"I had an event to attend. I had to attend the event with my nail in this condition. Then, when I went back to get it repaired, Happy Nails said that they would repair it and I waited almost 2 hours to complete it and I had an appt. They just had me wait and did not full fill their commitment to good customer service. I will not go back. The prixe list says $40. They charged me $65. I gave a $10 tip to for a total of $75."

"The Instagram picture is what I asked for vs what I paid 50 for. Then Ruby got upset because I said it was way too white.. she began to rip the nail off and do exactly the same design. Ouch!"
