"I've frequent this nail salon several of times and my last few trips have been beyond a pleasant experience. I returned because I believe in giving grace before going to the extreme. Li mannerism has become so disgustingly rude. As she's doing my eyelashes my right eye was constantly tearing up because she's literally putting the lash on my eyeball causing it to become irritated. Upon bringing it to her attention she's smacking her lips and taking deep breaths as if she's agitated with serving me. It's been less than 24 hours and I had to remove lashes because of how poorly they were applied. Li energy with serving me became less than great a few months ago after she asked me who tinted my eyebrows. Each visit since she's deliberately under served me and had a nice nasty attitude while doing so. Needless to say I will not be returning."

"I can’t even express in words how nasty and awful this nail salon is. By far, it is the most filthy and dust filled place I have ever seen. It is completely unsanitary. On top of that, the lady who did my nails, think she goes by the name Lee, was extremely rude and unpleasant. Even before bringing up the mistakes she was making, she was giving dirty looks and being aggressive. I honestly think she must hate her life by the way she was acting. After I brought up the mistakes, she would grunt and act like it was my fault. It got so terrible that I walked out in the middle of her doing my nails and didn’t pay. Even walking in, I felt extremely unwelcome. I’m astonished this place is still in business, do not go here."

"The owner Lele Over charges you. If you don’t pay attention she makes up prices off the rope of her head charge me $30 for gel polish when I only had regular polish. Then only offered to give me back $10. For a full set and a pedicure I paid $130 . I was looking at the price board and what she claimed I owed and none of it added up."

"The lady Lee is so rude she gets mad when she mess your nails And eyelashes up and has to fix it. She try to talk to u any kind of way and refuses to fix her mistake her and her husband argues why tryna run a business she’s real unprofessional and jealous. Don’t even waste your time going here it’s a hot mess and it stinks. Your nails will break & chip & your lashes will fall off. She’s a unhappy miserable person that take her anger out on her customer’s . It’s only 3 people that works here her and her husband and a lady that does feet.It’s a BAD business. Don’t waste your money or time. When you leave they don’t even say thank you or have a nice day, go spend your money where it’s appreciated and you’re treated with respect. Trust me when I say this business will be closed soon!!"

"There were only 3 people providing service. The wait time was over 45 minutes.The woman performing pedicures was Aggressively rough She Scrubbed my feet so hard until they were burning. Then the nail tech argued back and fourth with a co worker and filed my nails aggressively. Me and my step daughter were not pleased and will never visit again. We were also charged 135$ for two full sets and two pedicures Also the store was not very clean and there were flies in Jan 2021."
