"Had a scheduled appointment Saturday at 1 PM. I made it there early, and put my money in the meter. Was told Albert would be out shortly. I waited & waited until 1:30PM. 30 minutes of my time wasted! Nothing no sign of Albert! So I walked out went somewhere else! Will not be back!"

"Said they had time to cut my son's hair and when I arrived a guys said to wait while he asked another stylist to cut his hair, lady sure didn't seem interested in cutting his hair so he said he'd cut it after he was done w his client. we walked down the the restroom and when we returned she was "ready" to cut his hair, pretty sure her vibe of not wanting to cut a kids hair rubbed off so my son couldn't get a full hair cut!! Still paid $30 for half a cut and had to have it fixed 2 days later somewhere else."

"I called this shop after visiting Lens Crafters across from the Salon. I had initially spoke with one of the female stylist in the salon about a hair service and she was very nice and gave me a few tips. Another female stylist stood a few feet away and was braiding a clients hair. I decided I would give Crochet braided hairstyles a try. I ordered some crochet style braided hair from Amazon and called the shop and asked for the stylist that I saw braiding the female clients hair the day I popped in to see if they had female hairstylists. A male answered the phone and I am assuming he placed the call on speaker and had the stylist speak with me. I discussed with her about getting my hair styled with crochet and that I had purchased hair. The stylist asked me if I would call her back on her cell phone to further discuss services she then told me her name was Antoinette and I repeated the number back to make sure I had written it correctly she confirmed that is was correct. I immediately called her back the phone just rang and rang she never answered. I was able to leave a message with my name and phone number and that I was the person she had spoken with about the hair services we were previously discussing. I never heard back from the stylist. I felt as though this was very unprofessional and disrespectful to a potential client. I n my humble opinion it simply shows or imparts the level of service you would’ve possibly received having someone that lacks commutative skills, It also shines a negative spotlight on the establishment. I would not recommend this place for your hair care services."
