"I am living close by, and this is my go to 7-11. Very clean and organized with friendly staff and good customer service. The owner is always there to take care his store, and he is very nice and helpful. There might be some confusion with other negative reviews because I remember at one point the beginning of last year, there was a rude employee, but he is not there anymore."

"I am usual customer of this location! Now I know I’m never going to be going to this location ever again. I hope a manager is reading this post because I want to talk about my experience. I just want to start it out by saying I never felt so humiliated in all my life. Getting told by a cashier “I am very tired of you, come back another time” especially when there were people behind me in line. I stormed out because those exact people were laughing at me. It was embarrassing. All I did was ask for another lottery scratcher and just getting denied for no reason. I felt so racially profiled that I know I am never coming back to this location ever again and I am never going to any seven eleven again. If this is how seven eleven employees treat paying customers, then I know for a fact I am not welcome here. I will be filing a complaint to seven elevens customer service hotline."
