"I came to this 7-11 and they only have extra large cups and no lids and only 3 types of coffee. I asked if they can charge me for a medium size cup since they don't have medium size cups said no. slSo I'm forced to buy an extra large cup of coffee. This place is a joke don't waste your time there."

"I have been coming to this location for a while now, only because it is bigger and definitely clean. Nut the customer service has always been horrible. Today I tried to use my points rewards thru the 7-11app and for some reason it wasnt going thru. The employee continues to charge me for the drink even tho I have a reward that I am trying to redeem. He then went to the back and called for help to where a short lady comes to assist. Same deal I ended up paying for my drink and losing my points. I showed the lady the app and she kept telling me she doesn't see anything to call customer service. As I use the app constantly I know how to navigate it very well, I showed her the reward tapped it and pulled up the bar code. Still continues to charge me. Sadly 1 star for the lack of customer service!!"

"Definitely my favorite 7-Eleven in the area. It's a big store with great selection, it's kept very well stocked and it's clean! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is quick. That's A LOT more than I could say about ANY other 7-Eleven store I've ever been to, in the greater South Bay Area anyway."
