"When I went into this place, it was scheduled by my sister, who I was visiting down there as I am from Green Bay. I advised that this was my first time getting my nails done and I had a picture I showed two people this picture over and over again of black and blue ombre nails. None of them told me that I had the wrong Blue picked out or anything. He gets going on the nails and says oh I don’t think this is gonna work. So instead of offering to get a different blue, I was like OK, just make all of the nails blue and put one black nail in on each side of the hand to make it easier because obviously they were already closed and I was the last appointment of the day. Not only did he sand/buff the skin of one of my fingers off in four different spots, causing my finger to bleed, the clearcoat or whatever it is, that they put on the powder already is peeling off, the nail powder is uneven on every nail. The powder color is still stuck to my skin . I have a scab forming on my thumb of my left hand from when he must’ve sanded and took all the top layer of my skin. Now I’m in Green Bay with these ugly nails and I’m scared to go to another salon because my nails already hurt from the Saturday Experience at the salon. This was $55 down the drain and anyone who has seen my nails is like man they really got you, huh? Not a great experience for someone who’s never had their nails done before."
"First off I would like to say yes I did get the design that I wanted, but it does not look good at all. My nails are very chunky and are not straight and defined at all. The guy I was put with was aggressive while doing my nails and very harsh with the tools, my mother had him a year or two ago to get her wedding nails done and then looked horrible and nothing like she wanted. I went with my sister and she was going to get a French nail too but after she saw how mine looked she went with a pure white nail and they were still crooked and chunky after she told him to thin it out. In total we will not be going back."
"For starters, I had an appointment with Ryan for a dip manicure at 2:30. Not only did I arrive to see that he had another client, but because of this double book, I was put with a different tech. I have no idea what her name was, but she had to be new at the job. As she continued to do my nails, not only were they VERY flooded and uneven, but they weren't activated properly leading to cracks beneath the surface before I even left the salon. I left the salon with fingernails looking like they had puffy paint on them and were done by my 9-year-old brother. Not only do my new nails look atrocious, but the appointment took 2 HOURS! I would understand this time if the nails looked good but again, they look terrible. when going to check out, I was told these would cost $45! When I asked how that could be regarding how uneven and overall terrible they were, she insisted on $45. so now, here I am $45 spent yesterday, and today probably another $50 to fix them. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! UPDATE*** After having a not so pleasant experience, Ken, the manager, reached out to me personally and offered to fix the nails free of charge. When I went back, everyone in the salon was very nice. Ryan fixed my nails and offered a pedicure also free of charge to show how sorry he was. after going back to let them fix the issue, my nails are looking so much better and the service was amazing."
"I have never had a more rushed pedicure. The total time was 15-20 minutes. I still have significant callus on my feet and my cuticles were not treated at all. The staff was very nice but that does not make up for the lack of service."
"Just moved here from Florida and Annie did an amazing job on my nails. The perfect shape and thickness for me! I was the last appointment of the day and she wasn't rushed at all!!"
