"I had my haircut here several days ago. I asked to have it cut short but not TOO short and the back to be layered more. If she had cut it any shorter she would have shaved my head! I can't ever remember a time i have been so dissatisfied. I absolutely hate it! I have had my hair done at this salon before and was always satisfied. I don't know what happened this time. Fortunately it is Winter and I can wear a hat until it grows out. I doubt I will ever go back to this salon again."
