"I was able to give my brother a kidney to save his life but my care coordinator Lorena definitely didn't make it easy. They wonder why no one comes back for follow ups after donating? its because I'd rather eat my own eyeball with a spoon than ever see my coordinator again. she's terrible."

I have never had an issue with the team. When I call someone always helps me with medication refills or appts. I’ve been seeing Dr Hoang for years! Very sad to see all these reviews.."

"You know the old expression you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with . Don’t be fooled the physicians are amazing but they surround them selves with the toxic political culture of Loma Linda a for profit hospital and my personal experiences with my post transplantation care has been abysmal on several occasions I almost died due to incompetence and poor communication . You are treat like a specimen not a human sadly. I know because all the hospitals I do go to Eisenhower, UCSD, and Cedar Sinai they treat you with dignity ."

"Can't get anyone on the phone to schedule or reschedule an appointment. Staff/Doctor didn't read my chart was playing guessing game with me. Which didn't like. I only had good things to say about loma linda but now thats not the case. Was told they would call me back to reschedule. It's been two weeks and still waiting."

"I have had the most wonderful experience at the transplant center. Caring and dedicated doctors, staff who are helpful and compassionate albeit they are overloaded with work. God Bless them all and may they long continue their extraordinary work"
