Reviews of TrueCare San Marcos
"Not very nice staff all! Came in for blood draw at quick care and the Asian lady that does the blood draw was completely rude. Did not even greet and was just rolling her eyes the whole time. The back staff was yelling “no we are close come back another day. Sorry we are close” while I was in the room and they were laughing! Very unprofessional the Asian lady was not courteous or pleasant to be around and made the atmosphere very uncomfortable and very hostile. If you have medi-cal please know that you have options to go elsewhere."
"@Seanna King That dept has gone to sht & cust svc went right out the winder since Dr Walker retired, huh? Since that time, they've absolutely thrown a wrench in everything & I've gotten zero cooperation from behavioral health..what usedta be a user friendly pieceacake has been allowed to become painful af! Speaking for myself, anyways I've been a client there since 2014 & yeah like I said when Dr Shayna God bless her retired it's just become one big ole shtshow it's like night & day then vs now. Something tells me she saw all this coming & got while the gettin was good. When I asked one of the staff last appointment I had if that's kinda the situation there & if the overall morale has been negatively affected, they said I ain't missing the mark by much..if at all...!for awhile I was thinking I was just jumping to whack conclusions & it was all in my head, sometimes I hate it when I'm right. Guess that's just county provided healthcare for ya, though. Medi-cal clients don't exactly get preferential treatment & ain't exactly on their "A" list..nuff said"
"If you are seeking mental health help, do not do it here all they did was cause me more stress more anxiety more trouble. I had an appointment booked for today, but I am out of town for Christmas. It is supposed to be telehealth now they're demanding that I do zoom or FaceTime, which I find odd and ridiculous. If you're trying to help people with mental health issues, don't make their life harder by demanding they be on camera at a random time in the morning you sound ridiculous this is stupid. Whatever lady, they have calling to do the intake caused me so much anxiety that I just canceled the appointment. If she's that horrible I can only imagine the doctor. You would think somebody who went to school to be a psychiatrist would understand that demanding somebody to be on camera would cause anxiety! The general physician that I've been working with is great, but every time they refer me to one of these specialty doctors they're really horrible people like they're rude, disrespectful, and with people that suffer with severe anxiety this is not what you want to do to yourself!!"
"Do not come to this location. Do not see any of these providers. If you have medical, you can literally go to any dentist, you do not need to come to this low-income dentist that will damage and have your tooth pulled for no reason. And then when you try to get in contact with them will give you no answers. I've spoken to the senior director I've spoken to the director Richard Romney as well. As Irene and neither of them respond back, the messages that I get from them are absurd. I've never seen a director text somebody back and on top of it. This happened in October. We're, and it's now December. And they are not doing anything to fix anything. My tooth got pulled because of their dentist is neglect and really not knowing. Obviously how to put a Crown on her assistant, said she was going to eyeball. Putting The Crown on the dentist allowed that to happen. I'm not a dentist so I do not know if they're joking or being serious. This is not the location you should come to ever."
"I came to this location because my Crown was loose and almost deteriorated. It needs to be replaced they made me wait 1 week because the dentist said that she needed to do depleting. First, do some other things. Then changed the crown by the time the crown was changed was about 2 weeks The Crown was placed in the following day. I was starting to have a little bit of irritation. It didn't feel like The Crown was sitting properly. It was higher on one side than the other. I called them to let them know. They told me it might be because it's a new Crown. I waited a few days and with that. At the irritation started to become more and more. I was flossing daily brushing daily but It was not helping as they said it would. I would lift up The Crown and I would feel an ease. The Crown was higher up on one end than the other so it was pushing down on my gun which was irritating me. I made an appointment seeing the dentist. She filed The Crown down which didn't do anything but when I left the location. I didn't have irritation anymore. I had severe pain. I waited an hour for them to go to lunch came back and she had the nerve to tell me to wait 3 to 4 days with that pain that I was feeling from just a moment that she sanded down the tooth I left very irritated and angry because That area was hurting so bad mind you. I did not have any pain before going in the next day. I came back and I saw a different dentist. Who ended up having to remove my tooth? Pull it out completely. I called some other specialist and they said this was due to improper Crown placement. And it's been almost 3 weeks now. And I have not been able to get in contact anyone. When I do. They tell me they're going to call me back. And I get no calls back. I've spoken to the board of director who is very rude. His name is Doctor Rodney and I'm all spoken to their senior director Irene and neither of them call me back until today. I received a text from an unknown number stating that they were Irene. And I've been leaving voicemails and calling their office. And there is no reply. This is not good. I suggest you do not come to this location."
