"Parking lot is always full no matter the day, parking is $16 for a day which is outrageous. Most of the spots say “patient-visitor” but you always see staff parking in them"

"You have to pay to park at a medical facility then go inside and pay thousands of dollars for care. How cheep are these corporate entities that they have to charge for parking. It's a crazy that someone can't see a family member because they can't afford to park at the facility. This is just wrong! That's ok sharp is free to park guess I'll be going to them from now on."

"A joke. Parking lot is always full, certain spaces are roped off for no reason, and app does not work. Bigger question is why inconvenience, and nickel and dime, patients who are already struggling to pay exorbitant medical bills? Parking should be plentiful and free - and if you still feel the need to charge, at least make the process seamless."

"The first floor is reserved, but the spots on the top floor and the lower floors are available for anyone to park. You can pay ($5 for 4 hours) at the kiosk by the elevator (may need the parking spot # for this) or on the park mobile.io website (you just need the zone-4768 & your license plate number) or you can download the app (which seems odd just to park once or twice). It would also be nice if you could choose fewer than 4 hours & pay less, as most visitors probably don't stay 4 hours..."
