"The right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing at this hospital. Too many staff involved for each patient and they do not communicate well amongst each other. It took almost a whole day to get my dad released from the hospital and honestly it felt like we were trying to bust him out of jail. We had to make all kinds of promises to the doctors and nurses about my father's care before they would allow him to leave. They say it's all for the patient's own good but it was getting a bit ridiculous. Other than the confusion trying to get him released, the nurses and doctors took good care of my dad and he was doing better after his stay."

"I just had an emergency surgery and spent a couple nights at their new hospital. I would recommend it highly. The rooms have nice views and are fresh and clean. The Doctors and nurses were awesome. My wife was even able to stay the night in the room on a couch / bed. Disclosure: I am a Dem. and not a complainer.... Life is good."

"I have had to spend 3 nights at the hospital and have undergone a lot of testing and surgery. I was treated with the best care while there. The patient rooms are private and calming. I even had a beautiful view out the very large window.. The medical staff was excellent and attentive to all my needs. They answered all my questions thoroughly. It's an excellent hospital and every staff member was kind caring and professional."

"I put in 2000 words complaining Kaiser. Forgot to copy so I can paste it. I said Kaiser has new hospital but it is like new jail and new cells. I did not have positive experience with the stay. i came here for mild chest pain and wad admitted for observation. I had light lunch at 1 pm and arrived at ER about 3 pm for mild chest pain. I had negative impression with Kaiser hospitalization on this stay. Doctor, nurses don’t feed you, simply put you NPO after midnight without dinner and no medically required for NPO. Nurses did not try to communicate with the doctor for your comfort and simply said "Its doctor order, and hospital don’t have food, cafeteria is closed." I was giving aspirin on an empty stomach and together with nothing by mouth. Finally i had to talk loudly to nurses because still no feeding until 5 am when I said, “food or walking out of here.” Few more other things did upset me during the stay. My hint is bring a phone charger, food, water, warm clothes…. just like travel . If patient cannot tolerate painful blood draws and iv start, ask for small needles and beg them please don't hurt me!"
